Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS
 
Angelina Voloshina offers a 30 day money back guarantee.  We currently offer FREE RETURN shipping to customers located in the United States. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Gift cards are non-refundable.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
 
SECTION 2 - REFUNDS (if applicable)
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
 
SECTION 3 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at angievoloshina@gmail.com
 
SECTION 4 - SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
 
All items (regular priced & sale items) may be refunded.
 
SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES 
 
We replace items if they are defective or damaged, or in case of sizing errors. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at angievoloshina@gmail.com. All U.S. purchases include 1 free exchange which include return shipping. If items are returned more than once, the shipping costs will be purchasers responsibility.
 
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING
To return your product, you can use the return label provided to you with your purchase. If a return label is not provided, please contact us.
  • We'll refund you 100 percent of the product price you paid.

Note: If you're exchanging for a different size and the same item is not available, we can either charge or refund the difference depending on the price of the new product.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:


During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. If there is an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the correction in a timely fashion. However, once your order has been shipped, we can not be held responsible for products sent to the wrong address due to input error. Additional fees apply for a change of delivery address.

We will do our best to contact you if your package has been sent and is on hold due to incomplete information. However, If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. AVHEELS.COM is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
